OBEC'S Premium Wood Ripe made from virgin pine and spruce generates less dust than most other ripe products. In addition, we weigh the truck before and after loading so that you receive the exact amount of ripe wood required. We pass our wooden ripe in three nets of different sizes to guarantee an impeccable final product.
The unique quality control process of RIP-O-BEC also ensures the absence of large chips. We dry our wood shavings in a constant temperature dryer to control moisture and maximize softness, and store for 24 hours before bagging. We use an automated system to package the wood in waterproof bags, which can be palletized or stacked directly in the truck.
