Order FAQ

What are your minimum order quantities? 

As of April, 2023, we are only processing orders of one pallet or more. Some products (Brewers Yeast, Sodium Bicarbonate) we are able to process less than a pallet.

What is your order processing time? 

After we determine your freight needs we typically ship orders within 1-2 days. Freight delivery typically takes 4-6 days depending on your location. 

Where are you located? 

Our headquarters are in Austin, Texas but our products are located across the Midwest & Southern US. We work with several logistics companies and freight brokers to find pricing that works for you. 

Can I order a sample? 

This depends on the product. Send us an email about the product in question and we'll let you know. Typically, if you are willing to pay for UPS LTL Freight (~$60 or so) we can send out one 50# bag of a given product.
